'My painted seascape with stars is a quirky one-of-a-kind
piece created from handmade glass and salvaged materials.
The center portion is done with a technique called 'vittri fussaille'
which involves first fusing glass in a kiln, then firing it a second
time with traditional glass paint to all the details. The
surrounding glass is handblown antique and vintage
jewels. All wire and decorative soldering
is done by hand'.
